We take great care to accurately represent our designer furniture collections (including benches, chairs, chests & cabinets, ottomans, tables & desks). However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to monitor settings or natural material characteristics.
2.2 Custom Products
Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces with personalized finishes or fabrics cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Please review all specifications carefully before ordering.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Order Process
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase subject to our acceptance. We’ll confirm receipt of your order immediately and notify you once we process it (typically within 1-2 business days).
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is due at time of purchase. You represent that you’re authorized to use your chosen payment method.
User Responsibility: You must provide accurate payment information and report any unauthorized charges immediately.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are in USD. While we strive for accuracy, if we discover an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payments made.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx ($12.95 flat rate), delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary for international shipments. We cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
4.2 Delivery Issues
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, refuse it or note the damage with the carrier. For concealed damage discovered after delivery, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos.
User Responsibility: You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We want you to love your designer furniture. If not, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they’re unused and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened items.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items with personalized finishes/fabrics
- Products that have been assembled, used, or modified
5.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in original packaging
- Ship to our returns center using a trackable method
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged/defective.
User Responsibility: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/defective. Use a trackable shipping method as we cannot credit for lost returns.
6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interior Sales Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
