Shipping Information

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50

Please note: Delivery times may vary for international shipments. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your designer furniture purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as refined as our products.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items
  • Customer covers return shipping unless item is damaged/defective

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our exceptional quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Items with personalized finishes or fabrics
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or modified

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our design-savvy customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions
  3. Prepare Shipment: Securely package the item using all original packaging materials
  4. Ship Back: Send to our returns center using a trackable method:

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchange Process

  • For equal-value exchanges: Follow standard return process and specify replacement item
  • For higher-value exchanges: You’ll be charged the difference after we receive your return
