Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50
Please note: Delivery times may vary for international shipments. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your designer furniture purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as refined as our products.
Return Policy Overview
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items
- Customer covers return shipping unless item is damaged/defective

- Items with personalized finishes or fabrics
- Products that have been assembled, used, or modified
Step-by-Step Return Process

- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions
- Prepare Shipment: Securely package the item using all original packaging materials

Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Exchange Process
- For equal-value exchanges: Follow standard return process and specify replacement item
