Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Interior Sales Store, we take as much care in ensuring your satisfaction with our premium furniture as we do in crafting each designer piece. Should you need to return or exchange an item, our process is designed to be as seamless and elegant as our furniture collections.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items with personalized finishes or fabrics
- Products that have been assembled, used, or modified
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps for a smooth return process:
- Contact our design-savvy customer care team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions
- Securely package the item using the original packaging materials
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we will ship your new item with standard processing times
For exchanges of higher value, you will be charged the difference once your return is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your designer furniture arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
